A: We ship all order out using the USPS. For you safety and ours all orders are shipped using a trackable ship method. Since all packages are trackable there is never guessing or not knowing exactly where you packge is. All orders are shipped in secured packaging and have no indication that adult materials are contained inside.

A: We only exchanges DVDs that are defective or damaged. The returned merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item which you are returning. In certain cases if customerthe is extremely unhappy we will make exceptions.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information at 128 bits. Since we use paypal you are directed to their secure site where your payment information is processed away from the eyes of potential hackers. Your payment information is not stored in our site and your credit card details are not made availabe to the sexycolombian staff.

A: All of Our used DVD's are all playable and in very good condition, they are like new and have been tested and will be tested again before shipping. The used DVD's come in their original boxes and covers.

Since they are used DVD's when the item is sold it will remain sold out. Some of the used DVD's will not be reprinted by the parent studio so buying them new is out of the question.

Since our videos are usually priced at half the retail value and our shipping and processing fees are minimal, we envision that most of our orders will come within the United States. We can ship out over sees but think you may find a better deal in your own country as shipping will of set the bargains we offer.
